The Social, Humanitarian, and Cultural Committee (SOCHUM), or the Third Committee of the UN General Assembly, is dedicated to human rights, humanitarian assistance, and fundamental freedoms.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Delegates will debate how the international community can protect civilians in occupied territories and war-torn regions.
